Forms need to have notifications, auto-emails #76

Make sure the forms in the template folder: -- have email notifications for sign-ups (esp mentor signups) -- have an auto-email confirmation sent to sign-ups

If we want, we could probably use Eventbrite.com for this. We don't have to, at all, but seems worth considering.

Turns out Google docs already have this functionality - the templates just didn't have it turned on. So this can be closed.
