Review logistics process for manageability #84

Before our September events, I should review how we ask organizers to run events and make sure there's no unnecessary work we're asking them to do. Will likely tag @paulproteus and possibly others to double-check this.

This is related to organizing information architecture and issue #112, probably be completed at the same time as the milestone.
