Update lookup lists #23

There are various lookuplists out of sync. Let's update to a good state on the test server and then sync the data.

@emmanuelwey Try as I might, I'm struggling to pull out a plausible subset of the SRCELISTfor ELCID(YELLOW).csv file to use as provenance/team - am I looking in the wrong file?
