If a patient was added to OPAT before, at present we cannot do copy to category

Add a patient to opat, complete their therapy.
Add the same patient as an inpatient.
Add that patient again to the OPAT service. The copy over details option does not appear.

At the minute I think we have to accept this - copy to category causes so many problems...
