For OPAT Patients the antimicrobial modal has an adverse events field. We agreed to:

• [x] Rename field: Reason for Stopping
• [x] Amend lookup list to contain
  • Completed course
  • Antimicrobial resistance
  • Disease Progression
  • Adverse Event
• [x] If adverse event selected then second lookup list prompted with
• Intolerance
• Rash
• Anaphylaxis
• Diarrhoea (C diff infection)
• Diarrhoea (NOT C diff infection)
• Blood dyscrasia
• Other adverse event

In fact just add extra reason for stopping subfield. Adverse event subfield to be kept as might keep using drug despite adverse event

So:

Dropdown list to contain Completed course Antimicrobial resistance Disease Progression Adverse Event

What's the thinking behind this ?

I think the wording isn't super obvious I mean I might type "finished treatment" rather than "completed course" I could add synonyms instead if you prefer?

I think it makes sense to have the drop-down actually - guessing synonyms for these things is going to be tough!
