As a designer I would like to know how frequently the "Symptoms" button is clicked #9

At moment Presenting Complaint can be added

At time of adding patient
By clicking the Symptoms button on the list if it wasn't added initially

It would be good to know with what frequency the Symptoms button is used, because with elCID 0.4 the button will be off to the side - and this might reduce the frequency with which it is used, and hence data captured

You can anyway plot completion % over time and mark releases...

Not sure there's an actionable item here requiring any code?
