format will be: F001 (to F999) if sample coming from the Free hospital and U001 when samples coming from UCLH

change of format for study ID (sorry!) New format should be RiDRTI/RFH or UCLH/ SPU or BAL or ETTor ISPU or TA or NBL or BA/001 (to 999). Example: RIDRTI/UCLH/BAL/255

@yoannpersonne What does the third component refer to ? - e.g. from what field is this derived?

the third component refers to sample type, i.e SPU, BAL, ETT, ISPU, TA, NBL or BA
