remove the extra now defunct karma file. Remove fit which meant we were only running 1 js unit test. Fixed the other js unit tests fixes openhealthcare/opal#514

Coverage remained the same at 91.071% when pulling d7f5874c96c1716e972458efe1ee1218f63b2e5d on 514-javascript-first-name-last-name into 39cf373579e9c030b420a75d3e8053f1cb155c32 on v0.6.

If we're messing around with travis js config maybe we can add the extra merged coveralls steps to the .travis.yml at the same time?
