Allow editing of trials ? #101

I misspelled the title - it should be "Cats OR dogs" not "Cats OF Dogs". Where's the edit feature..?

When/how do we allow editing? Before the trial is public? Before people have joined? After the results are in?

can edit some bits of a trial at any stage providing it is flagged "this trial has been edited" and can see a diff e.g instruction text if not clear

can never edit intervention or variable being reported, need a new trial if you're changing one of these

For pragmatism:

Flag is_edited displays some stuff... Can edit non-variable stuffs.

Diff will be a future enhancement.
