get rid of "about randomise me" and "about rcts" have an "about" #157

we'll be having lots of opportunities for people to dive into explanations of RCTs/stats

Happy to move about RM to the footer.

If there was more copy, changing about rcts to help or about and being an index page would be cool.

Until there's copy to go to it's pointless.

Suggest we just remove about rcts, rename about randomiseme to about and just go with more faqs. Will remove the about rcts and rename the other later tonight.

I was just working on this...

We now have:

Home (/Dashboard if you're logged in)
Create
Browse
Help ( Updated: http://randomiseme.org/help )

And the footer has about randomise me ( Updated http://randomiseme.org/about )

Also added markdown to FAQs and included our general widgets into the sidebar.

e.g. http://randomiseme.org/rcts-general/what-is-an-rct/

How does this sit with everyone?
