that's not true of course. gmail is filtering communications as spam.
if not possible to fix in the short term temporary fix is to detect interaction with user who has gmail account and explain that gmail sometimes filters emails from randomise me as spam. click on your spam folder and you should see the message. click not spam.
It's because of the way we're sending the mail. This is why I wanted a google apps account to send via their SMTP server :)
This is now fixed. There are some minor formatting/styling issues, but no longer a bug.
