Create Trial Navigation layout #97

All steps, navigation (back/next) should also be at the bottom of the page (which is where you end up if you're filling in the form properly).

This is c&p from Nick's feedback - more a request for comment than anything else...

Think the thought is that you sometimes end up with this:

... & the suggestion to always have next/back at the same level as the lowest form element... ... or below the form elements alltogether... ... but then when you first come to a page that's longer than one screen, you can't immediately go back... ... and the steps are very different heights... ... and navigation buttons that jump around aren't that nice...

... sounds like a design question to me !

aah yes. I think that having it repeated at the bottom would make sense. but yes, not jumping around, that would irritate the hell out of a lot of people. It would make sense to repeat it in the same way as it is at the top, for consistency's sake.

I think, instead of this, we gave the option to go full page in settings.
