As a nurse I need to follow up and keep track of which contacts I've spoken to #191

generally nurses will contact within 2 weeks, if they can't call, they'll write, if the get no response and the contact is not sympomatic they will probably be dropped. Otherwise someone will go round to their house.

Make a wardround to keep track of who needs to be called, allow filters for symptomatic

We might like a list (possibly visible only to a TB role) ordered by symptomatic, date of initial contact collection with actions for
