Only comment from Sarah on the emails is:

This looks mostly fine, although in the first paragraph I would amend the part about monitoring asthma, because on the hackathon website it states that there must be no link to BI products.  You could change that to any condition that BI doesn’t have a link to.

And about a declaration of our involvement but looks like you’ve got that covered anyway.
