bulk match Stolpersteine subjects to bios #41

We have many Stolpersteine plaques, the subjects of which have bios on the Stolpersteine site. Match them, and update their Wikipedia link. Maybe rename the Wikipedia link to 'external bio' or similar.

e.g. http://openplaques.org/people/16008 and http://www.stolpersteine-berlin.de/de/biografie/6195
