use honorary title in name matching #91

e.g. Sir Francis Russell KG PC http://openplaques.org/people/18910 is referred to as The Duke of Bedford on http://openplaques.org/plaques/41285

Question: how to decide exactly which roles to search for? 'titles'? What do we use role type 'title' for exactly?

a 'title' role means that you get a 'Sir'/'Lady' in front of your name.

Some specific roles could also become searchable, like 'Duke of Bedford'
