Logical model Healthcare worker should use organization #32

Instead of separate facility name, city, country, etc. just use a single (organization? location?)

It appears that the appropriate alternative is Location, however, that makes it hard to map city, country and facility name. Suggest leave as separate attributes. The extraction process can lump these all together in a single resource.
