Number of questions for the Ebola hw learning course and results #12

I counted that I had answered 10 questions and then received another question about what I would do for a 5-year-old girl with fever, possible exposure. I sent an answer and didn't get a response (it's been several minutes). The first text I received said there would be 10 questions and then I would receive my results but I haven't received my results yet.

I lost count of how many questions I got. It might be helpful to number the questions so that the person knows exactly how many they received.
