Provide portable build #14

Portable version is not available and it could help in restricted environments where installations are not permitted.

hi @vatonbero Thank you for your suggestion, it's very nice idea. But this tool can not work portable, because of registering DLL (that provide extension for Windows Explorer) is impossible without Administrator permission.
