CPU percentage always shows zero #23

Hi, after using taskbar-stats for a while, the cpu percentage shown is alwas zero. grafik

This is possibly related to #1, I set up my Win10 in german and later switched to English (UK).

Windows specifications ``` Edition Windows 10 Pro Version 21H1 Installed on ‎04.‎05.‎2020 OS build 19043.1023 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3740.0 ```

I am using taskbar-stats 21.4.21.1

EDIT: This also happens after rebooting. EDIT2: I checked perfmon and it's showing the system summary in german...

I have the same issue

EDIT: I switched to English (USA) the Windows display language and now CPU stat works fine Settings > Time & Language > Language. Click Add a language and pick English (united states) Reboot and check Windows display language field is set to English (united states)
