Determine github pages setup #14

Do we want to set up a top level organization site and this documentation lives as part of a large site (i.e. and organization site available at openhpc.github.io) and then all our website stuff would live in a github pages repo named openhpc.github.io

or do we want to use this as a project site in which the source files for the site are located in a project repo and the website is available as openhpc.github.io/reponame?

For now, I've setup this repo to use github pages with the docs on a separate branch gh-pages. For more information, see the Docs wiki page.
