Get search working with hugo #17

The theme we are using (learn for hugo) has search support.

need to get search working and also updated when travis CI runs a job

Have a look at the latest at https://openhpc.github.io/cloudwg/ - this is using the just-the-docs theme for Jekyll (https://pmarsceill.github.io/just-the-docs/) and has a rudimentary search capability at the top of the page.
