Possibly incorrect requires for intel-compilers-devel-ohpc-2024.0-310.ohpc.4.1 #1992

This doesn't seem quite right:

# rpm -q --requires intel-compilers-devel-ohpc-2024.0-310.ohpc.4.1.x86_64 | grep intel
intel-oneapi-compiler-dpcpp-cpp-and-cpp-classic-2023.2.1
intel-oneapi-compiler-dpcpp-cpp-and-cpp-classic-2023.2.1
intel-oneapi-compiler-fortran-2024.0
intel-oneapi-dpcpp-cpp-2024.0
intel-oneapi-mkl-devel-2024.0

Why 2023.2.1? Why twice? (Although that's not problematic - but does seem strange).

Not 100% sure but I think this is something that might be unnecessary as we are no longer using the classic compiler. So maybe we did not change it because it was not needed and we might have just removed it.
