Consider provided augmented Makefile.export for Trilinos #740

The current Makefile.export.Trilinos that is created by Trilinos embeds hard coded paths to libraries like hdf5, netcdf, blas, etc. These are based on the versioned ohpc paths that were used at build time. To avoid confusion if those library versions change in the future, consider updating the paths in this file, or perhaps provide a companion file (Makefile.export.Trilinos.ohpc) that updates the path to use OHPC-style environment variables that are set by the relevant component modules.
