OA_SOAP plugin treats COLD and WARM resets identically. When saHpiResourceResetStateSet( session, rid, SAHPI_COLD_RESET ) is called it should perform a true cold reset. Warm reset on some kernel versions causes the kernel to detect a CPU error (NMI) and causes the CPUs to lockup.

The attached patch separates the COLD_RESET and WARM_RESET paths. Once review/testing is complete this will be checkedin .
