Resource RPT is NULL error is observed in interconnect blade removal and Re-discovery is getting failed #2528

Re-Discovery is getting failed again again infinitely, because of a interconnect removal failed with error "Resource RPT is NULL". Also error "OA SOAP Handler is locked" observed. messages.txt
