cmdline options for AgentX-socket address #2075

The AgentX-socket address is currently hardcoded and defaults to '/var/agentx/master' (defined in NetSNMP: agent/mibgroup/agentx/protocol.h). A cmdline options should be introduced to specify an alternate location.
