OpenHS via MQTT only #54

Define MQTT messaging with different gateways (IQRF, Z-Wave, Lora...).

  1. MQTT is the only channel connecting OpenHS with hardwatre.
  2. it needs to be removed all other modules RXTX, etc...
  3. Clearly specified MQTT format with gateways...
