Travis kindly increased our build time to 90mins, so we can run tests on Travis as well. I added a stub .ci_testing.sh file which for now would call the director tests (but deactivated it given that without Matlab a lot of the tests fail). Also, this PR adds support for our sandboxes for director and oh-distro so that builds with branches on the sandboxes go through.
