Use modern LCM #31

Remove find module for LCM, and instead look for modern LCM that provides a CMake package configuration file and exported targets. Modify link rules to use the same.

This assumes a version of LCM with CMake support which you have recently contributed to LCM.

However there hasn't been a release of LCM with this support as yet. We prefer to use released versions of LCM as it is a core tool. Could you have a release created?
