Support Qt4 and Qt5 #36

Qt version is given by CMake variable USED_QTVERSION. If Qt version is 5, use Qt5, otherwise use Qt4 (backward compatibility).

@patmarion : I do really think this time that this is the last PR I need to have Spartan compile with drake/bazel
