Tables do not have properly formatted header rows #114

In the grid tables, a header row should be separated from the rest using = instead of -. This was not done, but rather the content in the header row is bold.

This should be fixed to adhere more clearly to RST. While doing so, it might make sense to transition to list tables, which are sufficient for the use cases here and much easer to maintain and to review incremental changes on.
