Three open point have been raised by #1216 , to be fixed/enhanced:

Address offset expansion
Generation of two different md files: for step1 and full cva6 configuration
Make generic the privilege mode information in ip-xact format, but display the informaiton for all CSR description in md files.

IP-XACT format has been superseeded by riscv-config/yaml methodology. The open points have been fixed in new CSR specification.
