add slides from xif 'coop' discussion #530

Hi @MikeOpenHWGroup. Sorry, we went ahead and had this meeting without you while the power outage was still ongoing. I upload these files both for future reference and for your viewing.

We (Silabs) discussed with both CSEM and Thales regarding the potential for cooperation on XIF verification. There are some differences in envisioned architectures and also in goals of the verification, so we identified a couple of "pain points" and challenges that needs some thinking if all parties should be able to benefit from each others' work. These challenges were discussed in the meeting, but we all agreed that more thinking and reflection is needed so we want to come back for a second discussion to sort things out. With the help and guidance of your expertise it should be possible to arrive at some agreement in a later meeting.
