AppAuth-JS repository seems dead, do you need help ? #209

Thank you very much for your awesome library !

This repository seems dead. Do you need some Help ? Do you have time to maintain it ? How can we help you ?

I may fork it to update it, but i prefer not because this is an openID team project and we need a certification or a trust from your openID team.

It's not dead. We can't accept every pull request or feature request. Feel free to fork.
