The attribute exchange namespace “http://openid.net/srv/cx/1.0/#” MUST 
be listed as /xrds/xrd/Service/Type element in the XRDS discovery 
document or /xrd/Link/rel element in the XRD 1.0 discovery document.

attribute exchange => contract exchange
Number sign seems unnecessary

For "#" sign, I was following W3C practice that http://openid.net/srv/cx/1.0 would be a concrete resource (spec file) while with "#" it will be an abstract notion.

You mean that other OpenID ns URIs should be defined using abstract notion, don't you?
