Party/URL ( or Party/@id ) for the End User should be equal to the OP local identifier for the binding local account's one in RP.

I think that more precise description is needed for the relation of identity and the subject of the certificate used for XML Signature.

Difficult to force XRDS/XRD to be signed same privated key used for Contract ?
