Add a data sharing example #8

I'd like to understand what exactly "data sharing example" mean. Should we provide an independent example section in "7. Appendix B. Examples" ?

Let us make the example like this:

RP (newspaper) sells 1 year subscription which is billed every month to the user. As part of the profile data, the RP receives name, address, and creditcard data.
