This PR introduces a formal definition of the openid4vp custom URL scheme used for the invocation of the Wallet

I don't think there's a consensus here and this has been stalled for 2 weeks, so closing for now just to keep the open PR list to those PRs we are actively trying to move forward - this isn't at all a reflection on the contents of the PR, please do feel free to reopen it if you feel it's still needed after the above comments.
