Add Propose Presentation Offer

Some use cases might benefit from a Verifier Endpoint for proposing a presentation offer. This endpoint could be triggered by Holders that want to initiate a presentation over OpenID4VP. Afterwards, the Verifier sends an authorization request to the Holder and continues the usual OpenID4VP flow.

The data could include:

• REQUIRED credentials that includes format and type of the VC(s) to be presented, or even a presentation_definition or scope
• OPTIONAL wallet_url (for backend-to-backend scenario)
• OPTIONAL vp_formats_supported

Potential benefits:

• This would enable better backend-to-backend flows, which might be interesting for organizational wallets.
• This could enable the Holder to present data when he needs to, verifier does not need to do polling
• This could enable the Wallet to present its metadata
