Remove backwards compatibility with old BBQ retrieve Intents #137

Tracking bug to capture when all current providers are ready for us to remove the backwards compatibility with BBQ retrieve intents.

@dxslly can you check we're not depending on any additional props being set in the Play Services implementation?
