Fix security vulnerabilities and migrate to use npm run-script to run package scripts.

This change list includes the following changes.

• Fixed security vulnerabilities by running npm audit fix.
• Migrated package.json to use npm run-script instead of yarn run to run scripts.
• Added es2015.collection lib to TS config files as some new dependent modules require it to use Map.

Note that the latest karma-typescript dependency still requires debug@0.7.4 which has a low severity vulnerability. This requires updates from karma-typescript module.
