I kind of like keeping html/xml for people who are too lazy/do not know how to generate (yes, some of the audience do not) html using docker themselves.

and you think those people will checkout the project? otherwise, they cannot really render them in the browser. I suggest to setup a build task or just publish the html at GitHub pages instead.
