Added description as receiver supplied property #121

Stream's description will help the admins of a multi stream transmitters distinguish between streams by looking at the stream description. This provides human readable input for the admins with the streams. Fixes #102

I agree with the "description" related changes. Can we move the "aud" related changes to a different PR? That way we can discuss that separately.
