Acquiring VoxelData #140

I dont't know if this is the place for questions like this but I'm stuck.

I'm working with BrainLab software over OpenIGTLink and I need to acquire the 3D voxels that are predefined in a patient. Later on I would have to check if the tracked tool is inside the predefined volume.

Any ideas are welcome.
