TrackerServer compilation into an exe file cant find Configuration.h #179

When attempting to compile the OpenIGTLink project into their respective exe formats using the terminal in Ubuntu, the system throws a error saying that the Configuration.h could not be found

I tried to reproduce the error on my ubuntu machine, but failed. My system has the following specifications: gcc: 4.8.4 ubuntu: 14.04 what is your environment? and are you compiling the source code from master branch? Thanks Longquan
