Hi Adam,

I fixed a few compiling issue, and the library compiled. however, a few tests are still failing, would you mind check and fix the issue? The tests passed on my Mac machine. Thanks

@tokjun , the travis.org changed to travis.com. need to re-setup the CI pipeline in the new website. I don' t have the Openigtlink account password so i can't setup the pipeline as the it needs access to the repository.
