Checked the BOT_GITHUB_TOKEN secret in the GitHub repository settings for the cla.yml and release.yml workflows.
Ensured that the token is correct and has not expired.
Checked the permissions of the token to ensure it has the necessary scopes to perform the actions required by the workflows.
If the token was incorrect or had expired, a new token was generated with the necessary permissions and the BOT_GITHUB_TOKEN secret was updated in the GitHub repository settings.
