누락되어 있는 아래 작업을들 워크플로우에 포함: 참고 (tacoplay/roles/taco-apps/lma/pre-install)

• elastisearch 관련 시스템 설정 변경 (재상님 작업, done)
• Namespace 생성 (lma) 및 레이블 설정 (name=lma)
• etcd client secret 생성: master 노드에서 수행 필요 -> 노드에서 직접 가져오는 방법 외에 다른 방법(외부에서 얻는)이 있다면 더 좋을 수 있음 (재상님 작업, done)
• 노드 레이블 추가: taco-lma=enabled
