Evaluation is off after summertime starts or ends #285

Openinghours get evaluated wrong on the day after summertime starts and ends. On 2019-03-31 the slider shows is positioned one hour early, on 2019-10-27 the slider is one hour late

Examples with opening_hours=09:00-18:00: Summertime starts Summertime ends
